The project includes initial creation under Drupal, regular updates, and migration to Drupal 10. Features include interactive modules for international visitors and an optimized search engine for quick access to relevant information. The site serves several thousand users, with a direct impact on investment decisions. Built using modern technologies such as Drupal, PHP, Apache, and SQL, the project has delivered tangible results, with extended contracts running through 2025.

Objective: Optimize the management of employment and payroll for public organizations by enhancing budgetary and operational tracking tools.

Description: Complete overhaul of the POEMS application, a tool dedicated to employment and payroll management. The project includes two main modules: expense tracking and budgeting. The work involves onboarding, installation in target environments, iso-functional replication, anomaly correction, and the addition of functional enhancements. Delivered over 48 months, the project leverages modern technologies such as HTML5, CSS Bootstrap (Nice Admin), JavaScript (JQuery, AG Grid), PHP8, Symfony6, PostgreSQL14, and Linux. Hosted individually by each public organization, the solution ensures optimal adaptation to the needs of structures ranging from less than 10,000 to 140,000 agents.

Description: Development of an innovative tool that allows users to manipulate and preview three-dimensional objects on real two-dimensional images. The solution includes a Java 3D library (built on JOGL) for smooth interactivity, an image transformation engine to convert 2D files into 3D, and a multi-platform database to manage users with advanced workflows. This project, completed within five months, combines Java, Swing, and PHP technologies and is hosted on an OVH infrastructure.
