Objective: Optimize the management of employment and payroll for public organizations by enhancing budgetary and operational tracking tools.

Description: Complete overhaul of the POEMS application, a tool dedicated to employment and payroll management. The project includes two main modules: expense tracking and budgeting. The work involves onboarding, installation in target environments, iso-functional replication, anomaly correction, and the addition of functional enhancements. Delivered over 48 months, the project leverages modern technologies such as HTML5, CSS Bootstrap (Nice Admin), JavaScript (JQuery, AG Grid), PHP8, Symfony6, PostgreSQL14, and Linux. Hosted individually by each public organization, the solution ensures optimal adaptation to the needs of structures ranging from less than 10,000 to 140,000 agents.
Objective: Create an interactive solution for previewing 3D objects integrated into 2D digital photos.

Description: Development of an innovative tool that allows users to manipulate and preview three-dimensional objects on real two-dimensional images. The solution includes a Java 3D library (built on JOGL) for smooth interactivity, an image transformation engine to convert 2D files into 3D, and a multi-platform database to manage users with advanced workflows. This project, completed within five months, combines Java, Swing, and PHP technologies and is hosted on an OVH infrastructure.
Objective: Extend the functionalities of an online survey platform to meet the specific needs of institutional users.

Description: Development of two plugins for a survey platform used by educational institutions: a summary plugin to analyze results comprehensively and a new question type to diversify response options. The project includes the creation of AJAX queries, the management of scheduled events, and full integration with existing processes through Agile development in three sprints. Delivered in three months, the project leverages PHP, LimeSurvey 3.3 and 3.4, Git, and Jira, and is hosted within the ministry’s secure facilities in Paris.
