Description: Development and maintenance of an intranet dedicated to collecting data on school violence incidents and analyzing them to assess the school climate. The project included migrating the existing platform from Weblogic Express to Tomcat 8, as well as migrating from DB2 to PostgreSQL 9.6. Key features include secure SSO (CAS) authentication, sensitive data management, and performance optimization for national use. Delivered within three months using Agile/Scrum methodology, the application leverages modern technologies such as Java, JSP, Servlet, PostgreSQL, and Tomcat. Hosted within the ministry’s secure infrastructure, this solution ensures efficient management and compliance with institutional requirements.
Objective: Centralize and digitize the management of apprentice training to streamline administrative processes and improve academic tracking.

Description: Complete overhaul of the application dedicated to managing training data for apprentices. The project includes importing and exporting large files, entering academic data, and secure authentication via SSO for national users and a unified SYSCA connector for institutions. Delivered within 24 months with possible extensions, the application leverages modern technologies such as PHP7, Symfony3, PostgreSQL, and Git. Hosted in the ministry’s secure facilities, it ensures optimal performance and efficient data management.
Objective: Monitor and optimize the use of financial credits to enhance budgetary and administrative management.

Description: Maintenance and evolution of a tool dedicated to tracking financial credit usage, including the management of purchase orders, completed services, payments, and budget dashboards. The project involves developing Excel exports, testing, and ensuring operational readiness (MCO). Delivered over two 12-month cycles, the application leverages technologies such as Ms Access and Ms Excel, with internal hosting within the ministry, ensuring very short turnaround times.
