Objective: Centralize and visualize academic and departmental indicators to facilitate statistical analysis and decision-making.

Description: Development of a tool dedicated to the centralization and analysis of academic and departmental statistical data. The project includes the creation of specific export systems in DOC, PDF, and XLS formats, as well as advanced graphical visualizations (hexagonal maps, histograms, scatter plots, radars). Delivered in just six months with a budget of €80,000, the application is built on a modern technological architecture using PHP5, Oracle, and Solaris. Hosted within the ministry’s secure facilities, it ensures optimal availability and meets strict institutional standards.
Objective: Optimize master data management to enhance the quality of administrative and decision-making processes.

Description: Maintenance and evolution of a Master Data Management (MDM) solution to centralize and harmonize critical data for the university. The project includes an initial audit, consulting, development of functional enhancements, and deployment in a production environment. Based on Agile methodology, it relies on MDM EBX and BPM Bonita technical frameworks to automate workflows. Delivered over a 24-month period, with tacit renewals, the project leverages modern technologies such as Java, J2EE, NodeJs, API REST/JSON, and GitLab, hosted on a secure Linux-based infrastructure.
Objective: Automate the management of reader correspondence to enhance efficiency and reduce processing times.

Description: Development of a semi-automated intranet to manage responses to reader correspondence, featuring an advanced search engine and optimized workflows. The project includes technical and functional studies, data modeling (MCD-MPD), mockup design, development, testing, and application maintenance. Delivered within three months, the application is built on an architecture utilizing PHP Object and Ms SQL Server. Hosted locally on secure internal servers, the solution ensures fast and centralized management of correspondence, with OLE Word integration to generate documents directly from the platform.
