You will be involved in identifying persona profiles in collaboration with the management team, aligning with the company’s sales and hiring strategy. Under the guidance of a marketing manager, you will be responsible for lead and/or candidate generation. Working closely with pre-sales, the sales team, and HR.
Profil recherché
- Strong writing skills
- Interest in managing flowcharts to automate communication campaigns
- Team player and excellent communicator
- Proactive and highly organized to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Solid technical knowledge of lead generation technologies
- Good understanding of lead generation trends
- Tools: scripting languages (Javascript, Python, etc.), MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, Zapier, Lemlist, IFTTT, LinkedIn, …
Mission principale
Your responsibilities will include: qualifying and validating persona profiles for each campaign, creating target persona databases, managing communication campaigns for each target audience, engaging in written communication with warm leads, and handling the company’s presence on specialized social networks.
